With two bedrooms - each with their own en-suite bathroom - a fully-equipped kitchenette, and a furnished terrace from which to enjoy the views, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

  • Dining on site: You'll have a fully-equipped kitchen in your accommodation but if you don't feel like cooking, fear not - there's a restaurant on hand to help. Open daily from 8am until 10pm, Camping Plitvice's eatery serves breakfast and ready meals, alongside an a la carte menu. For a refreshing drink by the water, there's also a pool bar.

How to get there

Rijeka Airport is just under 90 kilometres away. Croatia Airlines and Ryanair offer direct seasonal flights to Rijeka from the UK. Zadar Airport is a few more kilometres away and is serviced by direct flights from London, Liverpool and Manchester. The campsite offers an airport shuttle service (additional charges apply).

If Croatia's Plitvice Lakes National Park isn't on your bucket list, it should be. This UNESCO-protected forest reserve is home to a stunning set of terraced lakes, which are joined by flowing waterfalls. Follow the walkways and hiking trails to discover this series of watery wonders, the highest of which tumbles from an impressive 78 metres.

If you fancy fitting in a day on the beach, many of Croatia's coastal towns, like Senj and Prizna with their turquoise waters and sea vistas, are less than two hours away by car - well worth a day trip.
