If you so wish, it’s easy to travel further afield, with local subway lines taking you as far north as Washington Heights and as far south as the Financial District (and beyond).

Dining

Viceroy Central Park New York’s main dining option is Kingside Restaurant, a new-American eatery by Gerber Group, serving breakfast through to dinner, as well as expertly mixed cocktails.

The menu, which references Murphy's French and Italian heritage, features dishes such as lemon-ricotta pancakes, burgers and plates of zucca-mascarpone pasta. This spot is on street level, but if you’re up for a quick ride on the elevator, you’re in for a real treat: the hotel’s indoor-outdoor rooftop bar, The Roof, affords panoramic views of Central Park and the surrounding city.

Wellness

You'll find a 24-hour fitness centre on-site, complete with cardio and weight-training equipment by Technogym, ideal for exercising at any time of the day, or night.

Location

Viceroy Central Park New York is just a handful of blocks from Columbus Circle, Carnegie Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, and, of course, Central Park. Just another ten or so blocks are Times Square and the Theatre District, and on your way to any of these places, you'll likely stumble upon a subway line or two – perfect for whisking yourself off to any other attraction or neighbourhood you wish to visit.
